Had a broken hot water heater at our apartment and contacted several places for help/quote. Chris and his team are the most approachable, professional and reliable among all of them. Highly recommended and will refer if any friend is looking for good plumbing service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE . Owner advised there is a gas leak and left without fixing it. Charged $300 for 10 minutes. Did not fix issue or provide a refund. Will be taking them to VCAT. Don't waste your time with these unqualified plumbers.

Found my water heater is not working and contacted Chris for help in the morning. He immediately ordered a brand new one and resolved all the problems for me straight away. Also, when heโs fixing for me, he found that thereโs water leaking of my neighborโs water pipes at the same time. Heโs a life saver for both of us now! Thank you so much Chris!
I called Christian and he was amazing. He was in the area and dropped past straight away in between another job. He found an issue which another plumber hadn't. He is very genuine and took the time to investigate thoroughly and explain what the issues were in a polite manner. Would definitely recommend and will be using him whenever I need a plumber in future.
Good experience, came within the hour, found and fixed the problem in less then an hour. Was able to use the plumbing immediately and fixed a few other small problems around the house.

Our hot water service broke on a Friday and William came that day to look at it for us and we had a new hot water system installed on Saturday morning - limiting our time without hot water. Chris and his team have done a fabulous and professional job moving and installing new plumbing and appliances for our new kitchen. The job was completed ahead of schedule to an excellent standard!Communication and responsiveness were both excellent.What we appreciated the most was the diligence and care that was shown towards our kitchen space when installing the sink, tap, oven and dishwasher after the cabinetry and stone was installed. The guys were great. There were 2 new toilets,new shower suite and new faucets installed. All done professionally with smiles and provided work updates as it all progressed. Their work area was always left clean. These new installations were required because of my hip issues. Melbourne plumbing were aware and helped me select the products for my needs. Christian was informative and patient. Also wanted to mention that I love my new rain shower with handle. It makes showering so much easier as do the new toilets and faucets. I highly recommend Melbourne Plumbing for not only the plumbing and installation, but also for assisting in choosing the right products for my bathroom. Yes I highly recommend Melbourne Plumbing.

Ruptured copper water pipe in shower (brick walls). Excellent service from Melbourne Plumbing Co this morning. Every element of the experience was good. My phone call was answered quickly and the job was scheduled immediately. The plumber arrived on time and did the work speedily and thoroughly. This was an urgent job as water had been turned off. I highly recommend this plumbing company.
Unprofessional, made booking, cancelled 1 hour before booking time, contacted back 30mins later to assist with electrician work, then they says organised other work.
